How long does a custom piece take?+
Lead times vary depending on the piece and current workload. Once you submit a request we'll reply within 2–3 days with a quote and an estimated finish date.
What kinds of wood do you use?+
It depends. Each piece gets the wood that suits it best.
Do you ship?+
Yes, most pieces ship anywhere in the United States. Local pickup is also available for many items at checkout.
Can I bring my own design?+
Absolutely. Send a sketch, a reference photo, or just a description on the custom-order form, and we'll work with you to refine it.
How do I care for my piece?+
A soft, dry cloth is enough for most signs and décor. Cutting boards and food-contact pieces are finished with food-safe oil and should be wiped (not soaked) and re-oiled occasionally.
What about returns?+
Custom pieces are made to order and aren't returnable. Ready-to-ship items can be returned within 14 days if they arrive damaged or unused. See our Terms of Sale for full details.
