What we collect
When you place an order or submit a request through this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), shipping address (for shipped orders), and the contents of your request. If you upload a reference image with a custom request, it is stored alongside your request. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card information.
How we use it
We use this information solely to fulfill your order, respond to your request, and follow up if we have a question about your piece. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Where it lives
Order and request data, including any uploaded reference images, is stored in our database and file storage (Supabase). Payment processing and receipts are handled by Stripe. Email communications are sent via Resend. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.
Spam protection
To prevent abuse of our forms, we record a hashed (one-way) version of your IP address when you submit the contact or custom request forms, along with the timestamp. The raw address is never stored, and we use the hash only to limit how many submissions can come from a single sender within an hour.
Local storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember items in your shopping cart between page loads. When you proceed to payment, Stripe's checkout pages may set their own cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site.
Your choices
You can request a copy of any information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us via the contact page. Note that records of completed orders may be retained as required by tax and accounting regulations.
