Orders
By placing an order you confirm that the information you've provided is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order; if we do so we'll refund any payment in full.
Payment
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which will be added at checkout.
Shipping & pickup
Shipped orders are sent via standard ground service unless otherwise arranged. Pickup orders are available at a location coordinated by email after purchase.
Custom orders
Custom and personalized pieces are made to order and are non-refundable once production has begun. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Returns on ready-to-ship items
Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or unused, in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.
Wood is wood
Each piece is a natural product. Variations in grain, color, and finish are part of what makes the piece unique and are not defects.
